SkyWaltz — India’s first and largest DGCA-licensed hot air balloon operator since 2008 — takes you above the untouched plains on the edge of Jaipur as the sun rises over the Aravalli hills. For sixty minutes you drift in near silence above a landscape that has defined Rajasthan for centuries.

Passenger Fitness Requirements:
All passengers must be in general good health. The following conditions may prevent participation:
- Pregnancy
- Recent surgery or fractured bones
- Significant hip, knee, neck, or back problems
- Must be able to stand for at least 1 hour without rest
- Minimum age 5 years
- Must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Cancellation Policy:
Cancelled 15+ days before flight — full refund.
Cancelled 15 days to 72 hours before — 25% retention charge.
Cancelled within 72 hours — 100% retention charge.
Full refund for weather or operational cancellation by SkyWaltz.
No refund for non-appearance on flight date.
Rescheduling possible if requested 5+ days before original flight date.
Safety:
SkyWaltz is fully licensed under an Air Operators Permit by the Ministry of Civil Aviation, Government of India. All balloons are procured from Ultra Magic (Spain) and Cameron (UK) — the world’s top two manufacturers. Pilots hold thousands of hours of international balloon flying experience from Europe, USA, Australia, and UK. Operations follow the same standards as EASA, CAA, FAA, and CASA.
